The Chancellor: Elsom Eldridge, Jr. |
|
One
of the great men of the National Guild of Hypnotists, a Governor of the
Order of Braid, Elsom Eldridge, Jr. is a crossover figure. He is a
distinguished educator and is known internationally as "the
consultant's consultant," has trained over 100,000 consultants in best
practices, and is a world-recognized authority on the marketing and
management of professional practices.
In addition to co-authoring How to Position Yourself as The Obvious Expert with his son, Mark Eldridge, he also co-authored The Ultimate Home Study Action Course For Maximum Success in the Consulting Business with Dan Kennedy and The Encyclopedia of Consulting with Howard Shenson. He is the author of more than three dozen books, audio and video learning packages, research reports and other publications.
Eldridge holds a Master's Degree (Ed.M.) in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Eldridge
designed one of the earliest interdisciplinary arts programs for
preschoolers, Exploring The Arts, to get children started in the arts
as young as possible under the belief, later proven by research, that
music and art exposure at a young age positively affects student
academic performance for life. He studied with Dr. Howard Gardner at
Harvard, adapting Myers-Briggs typologies for nursery school children
utilizing art work from the children and observations from parents and
teachers.
He promoted an educational system that helped teachers and parents
more accurately understand and respond to the learning styles of
children. Eldridge hypothesized that if teachers taught to a child's
learning style it would significantly improve the quality of education.
His pioneering work indicated that such an approach would greatly
enhance both social life and learning.
In addition to his professional stature, Eldridge's genuine ethic of
service and generosity in helping others achieve great professional
success has made him an exceptionally beloved, as well as respected,
figure.

Distinguished Hypnotist
|
SPOTLIGHT ON:
Seth-Deborah Roth believes in getting out there and changing minds! Roth
brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the clinical side of
hypnosis as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, member of the
National Board of Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists, and a Certified
Instructor with the NGH. This expertise enables her to be an influential
person in clinical hypnosis. She teaches both healthcare professionals and
everyday people at hospitals, nurses meetings, cancer survivor groups,
hypnosis conventions and schools on how our minds powerfully influence a
person’s attitudes and outcomes. Her diverse background has prepared her
well for spreading the truth about hypnosis. She studied theater as a
child and graduated from the High School of Music and Art in New York
City. After her clinical hypnosis training, she studied stage hypnosis
with the talented Jerry Valley and the beloved master himself, Ormond
McGill. With this expertise, in both aspects of hypnotism, Roth became
famous for debunking the myths about hypnosis during her segment on The
Discovery Channel show “MythBusters” and her frequent guest spots on the
San Francisco radio show “Seeing Beyond.” Roth is also very proud of her
work converting her physician husband into a Hypno-MD who now utilizes
hypnosis with his patients for catheter insertions, surgery preparations,
and a supplement for anesthesia.
To find out more about the amazing work Roth is doing visit her website
